Yogev Agri was established in 1990, by Ron B as a small family company to serve its own farm’s (who produce Medjool dates and table grapes) basic needs for; investments, stock management, improving operations and quality in order to survive in the demanding markets of today. The company has developed during the years to specialise in post harvest operations and quality, in order to extend shelf life of fresh cut produce from harvest to end user. We use common techniques of organizational behaviour discipline to analyse present status and improve performance. We specialise in medium and large scale horticultural farms or companies which export fresh fruit or vegetables to the European market. We believe that every organisation can improve itself and improvement is something that never ends.
The company is consulting several medium and large farms and companies in Egypt, Jordan Congo an Ivory Coast and Senegal. We want to expand to West Africa. We have met with representatives from Nigeria, Ethiopia and Eritrea and want to be a part of the new agriculture development thrust there. We overcome language barriers by using local translators and overcome culture barriers by learning the country’s culture.
